The pilgrim season 2025 is officially over. How was 2025 and what are our plans for the future?
First of all, we would like to thank all hikers and cyclists for putting their trust in us. Not only the pilgrims who booked a trip with us, but also everyone who contacted us with general questions about the various routes in the Far North. We are happy to help everyone with information – not just our customers. We also extend a huge thank you to all the accommodations that once again did their best to welcome the pilgrims hospitably this year.
2025 was a wonderful pilgrim year for us, with many happy pilgrims and a new route: the Coastal Route in Norway. This is a complex path that requires considerable planning, but the few pioneers who completed it were satisfied. This year, we also had our first official Nordic Pilgrim group trip, following the S:t Olavsleden trail from Sweden to Norway.
In 2026 we will organize this trip again, with some minor changes here and there – because we learned a lot from this first one. The 2026 group trip runs from July 22nd to July 31st. Information will be available on this website soon. If you are already interested, let us know.
We have also added two new routes: the Olav path from Lillehammer to Dovre and the St. Birgitta Way from Jönköping to Vadstena in Sweden. More info on this website.
We are also exploring ways to better access travel information for our customers - for example through an app. More information will follow soon.
